Since opening our restaurant in April of 1991, we have been committed
to serving you the freshest quality fish available.
That's why we have our fish flown in
daily from the West Coast for our sushi and daily specials, such as seared swordfish with miso and mustard sauce, served with vegetables.
For dinner we also feature items such as Kasuzuke Special and Salmon Kasuzuke. |

Voted Best Sushi, 1996-2005,
Nine Years in a Row, by
the Independent Reader's Poll: |
|
"Chef Jun does it all with
ease and flair. He'll whip up some of the most heavenly salmon-skin hand rolls or
barbecued eel and avocado rolls in the same breath as a spontaneously tempura-dipped Las
Vegas Roll full of crab, asparagus stalks, carrots, seaweed and rice. The small but
efficient sushi bar offers an inherent opportunity to watch Jun and his fellow artists at
work, and makes question-asking all that much easier for the uninitiated." |
