Award-winning Jun Japanese
Restaurant & Sushi Bar has opened a second location, much to
the delight of its loyal customers in Colorado Springs. The
grand opening in October of 2005 was a big success. The decor
is all wood, creating a rich, warm dining experience. This Jun
Japanese location boasts a large sushi bar and four teppan
grill tables that seat up to ten guests each. Five beautiful
tatami tables, situated on a raised platform, are available
for the more traditional Japanese dining experience which
requires removing your shoes! |

"Jun ... has been recognized by
the local press as one of the top Japanese restaurants in
Colorado Springs. Each day it flies in fresh fish to assure
its diners of top-notch sushi. The offerings are many and
include octopus, sea eel and tear-inducing spicy tuna roll.
Entrees are just as varied and feature tempura plates, and
specialty items such as Teriyaki Squid and Salmon Kasuzuke." |

"The delicate, sweet, silken
flesh of very recently departed sea creatures reclines across a tiny hidden
treasure of wasabi, supported by a staunch and sticky mound of rice. Perfect
bite after perfect bite. For dinner and a show, sit at the tiny sushi bar and
watch the sushi chef deftly create his masterpieces, wielding large, gleaming
silver knives with the same ease and dexterity your grandma uses with her
knitting needles, although no sweater ever tasted this good." --mbp |
